CLEANING METAL PIPES WITH WATER DAMAGE:

Metal organ pipes can be cleaned with diluted ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid. Dip the pipe until it becomes shiny. Remove and thoroughly rinse with water. Be sure to lacquer the pipe completely when dry as it will begin to oxydize almost immediately.

Note: In following these suggestions, the user should be familiar with organ pipe repair/maintenance, and should use caution and judgment in carrying this process out, so as to not damage the pipe. This process may not be suitable for all alloys, so it is imperative that the user verify that this process is appropriate for the type and composition of the pipes being cleaned.
